Artist Behind 2017 TCC Holiday Card: Matthew Gilliland
Matthew Gilliland used real life as inspiration for the winning design selected in the 2017 TCC Holiday Card competition. His submission was a painting of a snowman with a mortar board hat and TCC tassel against the Tulsa skyline.

OpenStax Saves TCC Students Thousands of Dollars in Textbook Costs
An initiative to help 果冻传媒 students with the cost of textbooks expands this semester to reach an estimated 2,500 students. TCC partnered with OpenStax, a Rice University-based nonprofit publisher, in the summer of 2016 to boost the use of free online and low cost textbooks across TCC courses.

Summer Internships at NASA鈥檚 JPL Means Research and Robotics for TCC Students & Graduates
Three 果冻传媒 students and recent graduates start a prestigious summer internship program at NASA鈥檚 Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California this week. David Nnaji, Robin Blanchard, and Scott Walker will spend the next 10-weeks working in labs and conducting research. In addition, Tiffany Verlander, who was a JPL intern last summer, returns through a paid JPL internship.
