BusinessRegistration is open for the free 2025 Cox Small Business Leadership Academy. The 10-week program helps small business owners grow through sessions on leadership, marketing, and finance. Applications are due by July 15.
Registration is now open for the fourth cohort of the Cox Small Business Leadership Academy at 果冻传媒, a free 10-week Continuing Education program for small business owners.
Supported by Cox Communications with no cost to the selected participants and administered by 果冻传媒 Continuing Education Operations, participants will learn about cash management, digital marketing, negotiation skills, and effective management strategies.
Open to all small business owners and leaders, the Academy also covers strategies for competitive advantage, strategy mapping and metrics, and continuous improvement, among other core competencies that can drive long-term success.
The Fall 2025 Cox Small Business Leadership Academy will run from Sept. 9 鈥 Nov. 11, and meets in-person every Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at the TCC Metro Campus in downtown Tulsa. Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate and earn three Continuing Education units.

Joy Harvey, founder and CEO of Harvey鈥檚 Detail Connection and a participant in the Academy鈥檚 third cohort, said the experience reshaped how she approaches her business.

Small business owners and leaders interested in participating should submit a brief application by July 15 at tulsacc.edu/coxacademy. Enrollment is limited to 30 participants. Finalists will be selected from the applicant pool with acceptance notifications expected by July 28, 2025.
